03 - Process and Delivery
-
The time it takes for a work to be completed varies from 2 weeks to 3 months or more based on health, complexity of the piece, delays in communication between me and the client, and other work requested at the same. I maintain constant and clear communication with my clients to inform on any delays.
-
Unless otherwise agreed, I will arrange the delivery of the work in a safe but cost-effective manner. The client is responsible for the cost of said delivery.
-
I will notify the client of this cost prior to shipping.
-
Digital images are shared via a google folder in .png and .jpeg format on 300DPI resolution. If you would like the work to be printed, an additional charge is applied to the commission depending on the size requested by the client.
04- Revisions
-
You get 3 rounds of changes during the sketch phase before paint is applied.
-
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
-
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage (20/hr).
-
If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.
